How PadelDrop Works

Who Can Join?

If you’re 18 or over and want to take control of your health in a supportive, fun environment — you’re in.

​

Priority is given to players with a BMI of 27.5 or higher, but all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome.

​

You do not need to be an experienced padel player to join.

Choose Your League

We offer three inclusive formats to suit you best:

​

 

  • Male League – for men only

  • Female League – for women only

  • Open League – for everyone

 

 

No padel experience needed. Just bring energy, commitment, and a willingness to improve.

Scoring On The Court

Each week, you’ll play in a rotating doubles format (Americano) where you:

​

 

  • Partner with and play against different players

  • Compete in short games (typically first to 11 points)

  • Earn individual match points that add to your season total

​

Sessions last for 90 minutes and players keep rotating until the end of the session.

Scoring Off The Court

Your off-court progress matters just as much as your on-court skills.

You earn Health Points each week for:

 

  • +1 for losing weight vs last week

  • +2 for hitting a weight milestone (e.g. 5%, 10%, 15% weight loss)

  • +1 for submitting your food & health diary

  • +1–3 depending on how the rest of your team has done

 

 

Your total score = Match Points + Health Points

That’s what makes PadelDrop so effective - real fitness progress, made fun.

Individual Progess Meets Team Accountability

You’ll compete on the individual leaderboard, but you’ll also be assigned to a team.

​

That means double the motivation — your own progress matters, but so does your contribution to your team’s success. Whether it’s on the court or at weigh-in, showing up and supporting each other makes all the difference.

​

And remember for both Individual and Teams, there will be an on court leaderboard, an off court leaderboard and a combined leaderboard.

Weekly Routine

Each session follows a simple, energising structure:

​

 

  • Private weigh-in when you arrive

  • Quick warm-up and announcements

  • Americano-style matches (rotating doubles)

  • Post-match leaderboard update and progress highlights

 

 

You’ll also get access to:

 

  • Your personal progress tracker

  • A weekly bonus health challenge

  • An optional food & lifestyle diary to stay on track

 

 

We keep things consistent, supportive, and fun — so you can build momentum week after week.
